The first step in joining Social Minds Therapy is completing our comprehensive intake and onboarding process. This begins with an initial assessment, where one of our qualified therapists takes the time to understand the participant’s strengths, challenges, goals, interests, and support needs. We also gather the essential background information required to recommend the most appropriate service and carefully match each participant with the group, therapist, or program best suited to their individual needs.
Our onboarding process ensures we have a thorough understanding of every participant before they commence, allowing us to create a personalised experience from day one and maximise the outcomes of their therapy journey.
