Social Minds Club for Adults
Our Social Minds Club for Adults is designed to:
Social Minds Club for Adults (18-50) has been designed to help Adults with Social Challenges foster confidence and learn skills to assist them with navigating their social world. It gives participants an opportunity to make long-lasting social relationships and get out into the community socially which we believe results in a boost in confidence and social independence.
Our Social Minds Club (SMC) will be modified based on the participants enrolled on the program, and all groups will be created according to age, interests and goals. The sessions will partake in the Camden/Narellan/Campbelltown area community, with some sessions out of the area for excursions with transport provided or organised by Social Minds.
Excursions/Activities may include but are not limited to;
Trips to the Zoo, Aquarium, Museums, Local Cafes, Bowling, Art Classes, Cinemas, Ice-skating, Golf, Shopping & Beaches.
Price: $65-130 per day (Pending duration of support provided)*
NDIS covers our program for Self-Managed & Plan-Managed participants with goals aligned with Social/Community Participation and increased independence.
*Please note excursions and transport may incur added costs
